@ash_jt1: I’m a club volleyball player and I tore my acl, meniscus and mcl on landing from a jump. I got surgery in late September and wanted to share how I started taking baby steps and weight training at the 3 week mark. Consistency is key, my pts said I should be doing the routine 3x a day. I mainly spammed slr, flexion, hip abduction, and now a bit of leg extension. All 3x10. #volleyball #acl #aclrecovery #kneesurgery
