Stir through the browned mince. Pour in the tinned pomodorini tomatoes, tomato passata, and red wine stock. Add Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, and red pesto. Mix everything well. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the vegetables are soft and the sauce has thickened. About 20 minutes before serving, cook the tagliatelle pasta in boiling salted water according to pack instructions. Drain and stir into the bolognese, coating the pasta fully in the sauce. Serve into bowls, then top with grated Grana Padano and fresh basil leaves. Toast the reduced-fat garlic bread slices and serve on the side.
