👉🏼If years have passed and you still have the same goals but your body comp hasn’t shifted…
👉🏼If you’re legitimately tired of not liking the way you look… Then something has to change or else nothing will change. I’m not afraid to say it how it is because I’ve been there. 
And the last thing I wanted to hear from family or friends was, 
“Stop being so hard on yourself,” or “You look fine.” Thank you, but respectfully…. I have higher standards for myself. I’m not trying to be perfect.
But I’m also not trying to be average. And if you feel that way too, then you have to stop doing what the average person trying to lose fat and change their body composition does. Which is:
👉🏼”eating healthy”
👉🏼“working out more” If those things worked, don’t you think you’d already be where you want to be? At this point, it’s not about trying harder.
It’s about having the right strategy. Because eating clean isn’t a strategy.
Working out more isn’t a strategy. You have gaps. And when you finally understand:
✨what your body actually needs nutritionally
✨what eating for your goals looks like
✨how to train for definition instead of exhaustion It’s no longer “Will this work?”
It’s “When will it work?” Tracking, measuring, and meal prepping aren’t a waste of time. 
They’re how you build the body you’ve been working for. Time spent learning what your body needs
will always be better than time spent picking yourself apart in the mirror. This sh*t is simple, but only once it finally clicks. Love you. Hold yourself to a higher standard.
