Yeah they’re not testing sperm count. More than likely they have built a model that compares avg sperm count with a value of testosterone. From there they make an inference on what the sperm count is.

if that stat was correct, 50% or teen males would have extremely delayed or failed to initiate puberty all together. however, these issues would be evidence of an underlying endocrine issue.

I think RFK has tested it himself on a 1:1 basis. He collects the samples, swishes it around his mouth, and can tell the count based on taste and consistency
