@parawayhealth: It’s shocking how quickly people vanish when chronic illness becomes part of your life. The isolation, the lack of understanding, and the emotional toll of losing friends and family support is something so many chronic illness warriors face. Navigating life with an invisible illness or long-term health condition often means battling loneliness as well as symptoms. If you're living with chronic pain, autoimmune disease, or any chronic condition, you're not alone. #chronicillness #invisibleillness #chronicpain #spooniesupport #teamwork
Yes but after I was diagnosed, i became withdrawn and always felt like a burden so partly my fault 🤷🏽♀

I’ve lost all my friends and most of my family. Luckily my husband is the only one who stuck around.

I’ve lost literally everyone. Even my children want nothing to do with me. But it’s ok. I just got a diagnosis. Once I begin treatment and feel better things are going to be sooooo different. But in a good way. I know now all I have is myself.

yup. i keep my stuff to myself. my "friend" always saw me take pain meds n thought i was just addicted. i was so fed up with that and finally told her why i took it. i also told her i go thru depression. she told me she knew what that was like. but ended up backing away instead of reaching out more.
