My son did the same when we first told we had to take along to the doctor appointment with and if you have a nice ob explain to them if they can show him that he doesn’t have a baby and then do it on your stomach so he can see that your pregnant not him that’s what we did and ever since then my son understands that I’m the one pregnant not him and just record it so if he does try again you can remind him with the video
