Great progress the only tip if you wanted one is position your eyes under the bar when you start and lift off and forward it will ensure the bar doesn’t hit the rack and lose your momentum

don’t sweat it bro, bench is more consistency than anything else, other chest compounds i am fairly strong in for my bw but i can’t even bench 200. compound movements are so easy to grow in strength with good consistency. hit it at least 2x a week and it’ll be so much higher in like 3 months
