Everyone asks why streamers run. I’m not a streamer but know when to run. It’s map knowledge and hearing. On customs I know the map like the back of my hand and know when to run and know where to stop running to listen. Running can be a tool too. Start running and stop and listen to see if anyone nearby is reacting to hearing you. Run to an advantageous position and get ready while u listen to people possibly swiveling or ads’ing. Then you can decide if you push or not. Landmark is textbook example of this. He runs for 3 seconds then stops completely to see if he can hear anyone nearby

100% true but let's be real the rats on this game are unmatched now. it didn't use to be as bad but it's how most the player base plays now. I started playing abi be ause of it and there's almost no rats on it, still play tarkov here and there though.

Dude I’ve been trying to tell my friends my S/R went up from like 30 to 70% because I hear everyone sprinting around 😭 this is the best advice for the game
