The issue I am noticing with Xpress fitness and when I went to the gym in the states, I think Xpress needs to stop using Plaza space and renting out spaces that and probably build location or at least lease land so they can maximize the benefits that they offer.

As an original Express Fitness member, I approve of this msg! 👌🏾 I even heard about some ridiculous fees they're charging if u break your membership. BUT I welcome the competition, tell the next gym to come! ...maybe then Express will start using some of that profit to invest in the gym as opposed to their many other investments.

if fitness palace eva open a location in Kingston IT DONE!! cuz I'm switching membership same time. but I think it's really a spacing issue...yeah they should change out the machine instead of fixing but there isn't enough space to add more n that's what fitness palace have over them...that 2 floor thing is clutch
