Montezuma's revenge is a colloquial term for traveler's diarrhea, a common gastrointestinal infection that occurs when people consume contaminated food or water while traveling to Mexico . I had this in 2006 and lost 10 pounds and 3 weeks of straight water - no matter what I ate.. sending you prayers

As someone with Crohn’s Disease who has occasional “bouts”, starches starches starches. Bread, potatoes, etc. Gatorade and Pedialyte make mine worse. I just opt for hydration powder in water. Hope you get better sooner rather than later!

I would not go out to dinner. I would eat carry out meals. Go out and see the sights but no eating out in restaurants. The fear of getting to bathroom in time would scare me

Need to eat Bart. B banana, apples, rice and toast. I always make rice water for my kids when they are sick with tummy issues. Hope you feel better soon.

Nothing is worse than being sick away from home. Glad you're feeling better. Are you having a hard time breathing? humidity does that to me, but I have asthma.

I did 2 weeks in Mexico when I was in college. At some point, something gave me chorro. It was the trip of a lifetime for me, so I kept eating. Fortunately, it was just chorro and nothing else. Get better!
