Happy for me has always meant normal. Nothing more than reading a book . I think just doing normal everyday things has small pops of joy through out your day. It's more being content and having gratitude that makes up my happy. I think it also has to allow a bit of sad too. Life is interesting and that makes me happy . 😁

I always found "happy" as a temporary emotion. I was happy for several years with my amazing unexpected husband. He died. My "happy" is gone... Now i just want to be... content use to be the word I used. So, I want to just be content.
