I have an alopecia RN.. I drink biotin at yung collagen na may pang hair and Nails. I applied sa scalp ko is Tabata oil and Rosemary oil. Mild shampoo from Zen Nutrients. So far effective at natubuan yung mga bald spot ko.. I never comb my hair, dretso ipit agad.. Laban lng tayo po..
