@mr4x4_: Most guys are stuck doing 2 sets to failure or 3x10 — all that does is build sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Yeah, you’ll look bigger, but your strength and muscle density won’t really move. If you want dense, powerful muscle, you’ve got to train heavier — low reps, high intensity. That’s where real strength and thickness come from. Guys doing 2 sets is fine. 4x4 may work for some but not everyone. The amount of sets do not decide if your gonna have strength and muscle at the same time so if you’re doing 2 sets and it’s working for you then keep doing them🔥🔥🔥
