This is as far as electric vehicles should have gone. You shouldn't have soul only electric vehicles. Maybe that's why we re having a lot of problems with them. Just Catching Fire hybrids are probably the better choice. If people want to go green, there's nothing wrong with green and a 1/2.

When battery gets worn-out over time the cost of replacement could out-pass vehicle market value b'cos that engine wouldn't work without a relationship with battery

It’s a myth and simply cannot be true. It’s against the laws of science. Energy cannot be created or destroyed therefore the engine and the rest of the vehicle charging the battery for later use and economy cannot happen. It’s like a perpetual motion machine that never stops which simply cannot happen.

if its not a plugin you cant call it a hybrid. its just an ice that charges a battery for an assist engine.

i hear driving with AC on makes the car consume more fuel,so then how about the energy needed to charge the battery of those huge batteries! meaning the engine requires more energy thus consumption of more fuel,to me🤔

Sound very good. But you a having a car that need to service two type. Battery and motor. Than the combustion engine, gear oil, radiator, engine oil. EV is simple n combustion one❤️🙏❤️🙏

Hybrid är den bästa bilen jag haft laddar på motorvägen så jag kan köra el i städerna sen kan man få power när man vill 200hk på bara motorn 475hk med hybrid och 4wd 0-100 på 5.8 sec är bra för en 2000kg suv inte många vanliga bilar som hinner med mig 🙂🙂🙂
