I planned with ChatGPT before I started wegovy. I had several other conditions to consider and put all that in. It’s created a calorie deficit, GLP-1 compliant, pre-diabetes compliant, anti-inflammatory food and supplement plan, including time of day for supplements. We locked in on a smoothie with particular ingredients in the morning and a particular protein shake in the evening with 4 rotating whole food meals in the afternoon and their recipes. The shopping list is optimized to not waste food by buying too much. I get my daily affirmations from it based on what it knows of me and my goals and concerns, which we also worked through together. At the end of the week, I feed it my metrics for the week - daily BP, glucose, time to bed, hours slept, any symptoms, weight, moods, which whole food meals consumed when, etc. and we analyze it together for trends. I’ve dieter forever. This is the first time I feel I have a real grip on this.
