1/2 tsp Bicarb
1 tin condense milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tblsp soji (semolina)
2 tblsp ghee
1/2 tsp fine elachi powder
Syrup
Boil together 11/2 cups sugar and 1 cup water.
Flavor with 1 tsp of rose water and remove from stove before it starts to get sticky, however syrup must be left over very low heat so that its warm for dipping. (Caution: the syrup must be thin). Dip the hot jamuns in it, drain and cool
