in 1996 I was earning £500 a week now in 2025 I m earning £600 a week if I got lucky in 1996 rent a double sized room in London was £40 a week 2 bed flat in Clapham London was £60000 to £70000 £ 100 enough for whole month grocery u could park ur car in Trafalgar square or central London £1 an hour now in 2025 I m nearly bankrupt
