You definitely know that if all the ingredients for lasagna are shown at the beginning of my video, then by the end of the video, it won't be lasagna 😂  That's because I love to surprise. I missed you a lot 🥺 Lasagna Wellington Ingredients: • Lasagna sheets • Grated cheese • Ham • Puff pastry • Egg for brushing For the meat filling: • Ground meat • Olive oil • Onion • Carrot • Celery • Garlic • Tomato paste • Canned tomatoes • Pepper, salt • Red wine • Broth For the sauce: • Butter • Flour • Milk • Nutmeg Instructions: 1. Sauté the ground meat in olive oil with chopped vegetables, tomato paste, and canned tomatoes. Add wine, broth, salt, and pepper. Cook until done, stirring constantly. 2. Boil the lasagna sheets, then transfer them to ice-cold water and place them on a towel to remove excess water. 3. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, milk, and nutmeg. Stir the sauce constantly to avoid lumps. 4. Assemble the lasagna in a silicone mold (sauce, grated cheese, lasagna sheets, meat filling…) and bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30–35 minutes. 5. On parchment paper, lay out thinly sliced ham, place the cooked lasagna on top, and wrap it with the ham. Transfer the ham-wrapped lasagna onto the pastry, then cover with another sheet of pastry and press the edges down. Top with a lattice of pastry and press the edges with a fork. 6.
