I say this aaaaall the time! Ppl seem to think the elderly are useless when in reality they have Soooo much knowledge and wisdom . & for some reason ppl think they wont ALSO get old! If they are lucky enough! 🤔

I was at Aldi and nervously said to the cashier “ok sorry I’ve never used Apple Pay before. I hope I can do this quickly” He smiled and said “take your time, you got it”. It was easy peezy but I was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to do it smoothly but the Aldi kid put me at ease

OK, I'm France and we respect old people here, but I don't know if it's the same in your country because here, the most rude people are the old ones... I do my best to be kind to the kind ones but if they insult employes of the bakery, i'll be a damn bitch.
