my friend came off the pill and had the same thing! her skin went crazy for a couple of months and then calmed down SO much, it will take time but it'll calm down!

I moved to Oz and all my cystic acne came back and it made me cry and not want to go out so much, finally got a derm referral and went on Accutane and it has restored my confidence and happiness. I was sucked down the hormone and lifestyle route from TikTok but sometimes we do just get it for no reason 😙
