Cathedrals take hundreds of to build. There's one currently still under construction can't remember where but it shows that it's definitely possible we could have done them. Not saying it wasn't giants, but also saying it might have not been giants.

It’s that big because the building is meant to look impressive and for aesthetic reasons, a small door on a cathedral would look silly. There are no giants, there have never been giants, and there can’t be giants because our bone strength and biology don’t allow for large mammals that walk upright on two legs. If that picture were real, the stress on the joints would be enormous, his shin bone would be in danger of snapping under the weight alone, and if he fell, he would almost certainly not be able to stand up again.
