Spectra S1wall pumps, I get more from it than the wearables, granola, Oreos, coconut water, early morning pumping or pumping every 2-3 hours, body armor, oatmeal cream pies.

Try to latch him, use a nipple shield if you have to. Supply and demand is key, the more your supply will increase. Pump after latching

Stay hydrated fed and have him feed directly from the boob as much as possible. His body feeding sends receptors to your body that your baby needs more milk (cluster feeding). Good luck!

Latch or pump every 3 hrs on the dot even throughout the night no exceptions! That is how you tell your body you need more milk

Even when milk stops coming out keep pumping for a little bit longer. Will tell breasts there’s more demands. Also hand expressing emptied me way more than the pumps but that took me six months to realise lol

oatmeal, body armor, & pumping consistently, 15-20mins every 2-3 hours was what i did , sometimes 30mins to signal my body that i needed more milk & i was an over-supplier
