social media has proved itself that it is NOT a place for children. People WILL get sexually harassed, cyberbullied etc etc. children are more vulnerable to this and it is the government's responsibility to look out for the safety of the people, especially children.

The main reason for the ban was for the safety of small kids on the internet to protect them against online predators. It’s not that they don’t care about your voice it’s so they can easily stop kids from being harassed by fully grown men and women. Pop off queen though 🔥

hard agree. it is my plan to teach my daughter how to use social media, at this point in history it's a life skill. we can't expect people to suddenly know to use social media after banning them from it???

wait just a genuine question, doesn’t the government assume that when they do educate young people about using social media safely, we would just brush it off? I think at school they do have lessons about using social media responsibly but don’t students just ignore it?
