sending all the good vibes your way 💕 my mom deals with alot of hip pain and she has these heat packs you can pop in the microwave and she says that gives her relief, also devils club salve (although she does admit the later may just be placebo). Also take time to focus on yourself, dont worry about us <3

Some things I learned with my own chronic pain is magnesium oil, capsaicin based creams, rosemary oil, and a while lot of other herbal remedies can be so helpful. Doterra blue cool rub is INCREDIBLE for pain tho kinda costly. I also love love my TENS unit and so do my friends with chronic pain! I have the Auvon dual stimulator one off amazon. You got this man, it may be hard, but you got this 🫂
