similar, but opposite. I defended (verbally, tho it could've turned) a kid in HS. he was getting harassed, I was so far.. late, post extra curricular activities. 6ish cretins zeroed in on him. I waited until he made it through the 1st doors, and I berated them. hoping he made good distance. baited them, giving as much time I could for him to get outta sight. it worked, and I didn't have to fight or even run

the beauty of it is she woke up your empathy it probably felt pretty bad on the inside but it changed you for the better that's what empathy supposed to do it hurts a little bit but you become a better person

I made a young girl cry, and made the teacher believed that she was in the wrong. She was a black girl, and the teacher believe my story over hers. Even though I was the one lying. That was the moment I realized, that's not the person I wanted to be.
