Did you know you can roast grapes?! Well you can, and they're absolutely delicious as part of @vernahungrybanana 's two course meal Serves 2 Total time 30 mins Ingredients For the starter 20 red grapes  2 tbsp olive oil   2 slices sourdough bread   4 tbsp ricotta  2 handfuls rocket   6 slices prosciutto   6 tbsp honey  1 tsp chilli flakes   1 tsp hot sauce   1 tsp red wine vinegar  Co-op Served main and two sides Italian Style Meatballs Ciabatta Sticks Italian Style Salad Method  1.  Cook the main Remove the packaging and pop your ready-to-cook meal on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes while you prep your starter 2.   Roast the grapes Place grapes on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Roast for 15 minutes until soft  3.   Make the hot honey While the grapes are roasting, combine honey, chilli flakes, hot sauce and red wine vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat for 2 minutes then set aside to cool 4.   Cook garlic bread side Remove the packaging from the Ciabatta Sticks and place on a baking tray to cook for 10 minutes 5.   Finish your starter Toast the sourdough slices for the starter, dollop on the ricotta and arrange over the toasted bread. Layer with rocket, prosciutto, roasted grapes, then drizzle over the hot honey to finish 6.   Prep side salad  Remove the Italian Side Salad from the packaging and drizzle over the dressing 7.
