So there are a lot of misconceptions in this video. it's extremely difficult to sue an agency. it's even harder to file suit against an individual officer. if someone is successful and wins.The agency is covered by an insurance policy. they will pay a deductible , not the entire payout. also officers don't get moved or transferred like you see on tv. if a cop leaves n y p d for chicago p , p , d , they didn't transfer. they quit one job and got hired at another. some certifications may be recignized but the police are not all one organization. each state and each agency has their own individual laws and policies. ignore typos talk to text.

You’re missing two things, sir. The taxpayer is paying the officer so that means the taxpayer is the employee or employer I should say. And government doesn’t care because they’ll push to violate your rights as much as they can as long as you’ll let them get away with it because they’re not paying, sir it’s a taxpayer. It’s going to always be that way. Government is corrupt to the core💀😳

I think you're on to something, they need to use the same system we are forced to be on. officers should need/pay an insurance policy and we they screw up, the insurance has to pay out. screw up, policy won't renew and they are an uninsurable officer who can't get hired.
