Because they are taking advantage of people on the prices! These items are given to him free and turn around pay almost Walmart price for some of the items and he doesn’t do anything to help anybody. I found out that if items do not sell in his business, he burns them instead of helping people out.

Dude, it’s the truth. I’ve been going to Goodwill obviously for a long time. And about a year and a half ago, our Goodwill decided that it was a retail store, not a thrift store. Although they’re not carrying new items.

Something else I noticed with Goodwill is, they are now starting to pay attention to the name brands that are being donated. Back in the day, everything was priced around the same price point. So you could buy designer clothes, shoes and purses for little to nothing. Now they’ve got hip. So the Walmart bag is $5 but the Coach bag is $50. They even have a designer section. They are definitely for profit.
