Uhm so im a woman… trying to get into the blue collar field… for some reason it’s hard? I’d love to build houses.. maybe I’m just not putting it together? Any guidance would be helpful. Everyone says go do an apprenticeship, go find an entry level position and so on… no where around my area does that…sooo what am I supposed to do? College is one way sure but I was curious if maybe there’s another path I’m missing before I lock into the college path

Just picked up a shop earlier this month. Industrial area. Already have a lease on it. Wasn’t expecting to buy anything but was offered a deal from a gentleman retiring. Found out it came with an additional acre that’s all gravel. Getting a contract written up for a towing company to hold vehicles there. The one acre covers both shop and acreage.
