Hey friends….Just wanted to let you all know that I DID IT…TODAY I WALKED AWAY!!!!!! Closing the door on that trauma bond. I know the road will be a lil shaky, I can feel it already and it’s only been 4 hrs. He is still trying to manipulate and one tactic was sending me a notification immediately after I left that I was disconnected from all security cameras and the ring system. Before it would have mattered but now….I DONT WANT TO KNOW SIR….but I know he thinks that hurt me but it didn’t, it just confirmed the narc in him, all the way until end. Trying to control my feelings. He said “Congrats on leveling up, and that he wishes me luck and that he loved me”. WHATEVER!!!!My Mom waited for me as I gave him all his keys and we never looked back….Healing, forgiveness, loving myself and enjoying a good nights sleep is the the name of my new chapter. In 1 week, I will be in my own place creating my peaceful oasis. Let the work began…..If I can do it, you can too. 🫶🏾

Omg, Exactly how my ex husband discarded me. I got fed up with his disrespect and silent treatment, I told him I was done and he said okay. He filed for divorce and immediately started a relationship with a “friend” that he was friends with on instagram, that has 7 kids, still lives with her ex and lives in another country🤦🏻♀️but it was a blessing in disguise for me. I may have 19 years of my life down the drain but I’m so grateful I’m now divorced from that angry man.
