The sisters have been infected with feminism. If her father isn’t strict & isn’t at the forefront of managing men like this when they come to propose for marriage then some sisters get deluded with their fairytales. If they don’t realize that the future has come and that this is the primary form of communication today, then they are fooling themselves before anyone else. Would it be better in-person? No doubt. Is that the expectation everyone should have? Absolutely not. I know a brother who had to propose online to his own cousin who was a hafidha in another state. He couldn’t even get this ideal with his own family member, you think he should’ve rejected every online proposal just because of this? Should he have driven all the way there just to do that? People are so delusion nowadays.
