The 31-year-old Gold Coast entrepreneur was seen attempting to dance with musician Kelli Holiday, the onstage alter ego of Adam Hyde, during a TikTok event at SXSW Sydney this week. Hyde is currently in a long-term relationship with Queensland TV personality and podcaster Abbie Chatfield, and the song he was performing at the time, Dancing 2, was written about her. Neither Hembrow nor Hyde have publicly commented on the incident, although many who witnessed the exchange described it as a “cringe” moment.
