I think it will! I made an incredibly messy cinnamon raisin loaf this weekend I had zero hopes for and it baked up beautifully! Some advice, keep the lid on the entire time and keep your heat at or below 450 degrees. Also, don’t add additional steam, there’s more than enough moisture in it already. Lid on, otherwise it will burn.

I made a loaf with apple cider instead of water, and added apples. I just let her proof way longer in the fridge, and she came out good!!

I used my apple butter before the shaping. Mine was so packed that it was not as fluffy but she was yummy!! 🤤 Pretty or not, still be scrumptious!

You could try it see how it does but when you do your next one, I would reduce your apple cider so it’s not it’s more nice liquidy and will blend with the bread and everything and allow you rise
