What in the world is going on with dog people being freaked out about routine vaccinations? I was admonished recently for getting my boy's yearly vaccines done because "it's not necessary when they are older to vaccinate yearly." And yet whose dogs didn't get kennel cough when they were exposed at a trial? Hmmm...

the fear mongering about grain free kibble 🙄 it's always "stop feeding grain free right now or your dog will definitely die of a heart attack at a young age" with zero nuance or sources or any kind of further detail, and when people understandably panic in the comments bc their dog has allergies they just dismiss them as "I obviously wasn't taking about you" 😬

Ive done the ranking video but it was like my personal ranking of how MY dog personally did on that food. The ones where its like “ranking foods at petsmart” and its just an average joe shmoe giving nutritional advice always irk me the wrong way 🥴

I hate when people demonize an entire brand because of one product. I know Hartz flea meds are bad, however, my cats love delectables and their treats. My cats are their very regularly, get blood work done regularly and their vet says the treats are fine. I'll go with evidence and an expert over them.

omg yes to the 70% toppers people. my cat sometimes gets no toppers on his meals at all, or when he does it’s one or two, yet i see so many who add way too much. like do they not realise their cats meal is already balanced enough?

I feed a bunch of toppers 😭 but rn, we’re getting ready for nationals so I’ve been spoiling her a bit. She also gets normal kibble for breakfast and almost never gets any treats, I just use her kibble as “treats”
