@succulentbite: Oreo Cheesecake 😍 Ingredients • 16oz cream cheese (room temp) • 3 eggs • 1tbsp vanilla • 3/4 cup heavy cream • 1/4 cup sugar • 16 Oreo cookies (whole sandwiches) Crust: • 32 Oreo cookies (whole sandwiches) • 5 tablespoons melted butter Preparation: • Blend all ingredients and pour into a 7inch springform cake pan lined with parchment paper and your prepared crust • Place a baking pan in the bottom rack of the oven with 1 inch water • Place cheesecake in the middle of the oven • Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, cheesecake will be jiggly • Cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate for 6 hours before un molding • Slice, serve and enjoy!
