I don’t take “match energy” as a literal idea. It’s more of an “oh I see you aren’t interested enough to call/text/plan dates etc so I’m gonna pull back and take myself out of the equation.” Basically, if they aren’t showing genuine interest, I’ll lose interest too. I don’t think that’s a bad thing.

Never self abandon for someone else to love you. If they see your value, they will communicate their needs and also they will ask your needs and not just selfishly ask you to attend to theirs. It's so beautiful when two people can respond to each other to make the relationship healthy and powerful while accepting the nuance. Nobody is perfect but if you find someone that will not see your nuance as your identity but yet just a complexity to work through together - is fucking amazing.
