Game plan: -More frequent washes -Deep conditioning every wash -adding protein (internally as well) when necessary (can’t have protein overload with LP) -the LCO method works best -low maintenance styles (super loose cornrows under units) -using products that work for LP hair I found works the best #hairlength #lengthretention #lengthretentionjourney
