Ingredients: - 2 racks baby back pork ribs - French’s mustard (binder) - Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeño Rub - Heath Riles Competition BBQ Rub - ¾ cup Heath Riles Butter Bath & Wrap (mixed with apple juice) - ½ cup Heath Riles Sweet BBQ Sauce - ½ cup Heath Riles Competition BBQ Sauce - ¼ cup Heath Riles Apple Habanero Glaze - Apple juice (for the wrap) Directions: 1. Prep the ribs: Remove the membrane and lightly trim. 2. Add binder and rubs: Coat with mustard, then layer Garlic Jalapeño Rub and Competition BBQ Rub on both sides. 3. Smoke: Place ribs meat-side up on smoker at 300°F and cook for 2 hours. 4. Wrap: Mix Butter Bath with apple juice, pour around ribs, wrap tightly in foil, and cook 1 hour more. 5. Rest: Unwrap and let rest 30–40 minutes. 6. Glaze: Combine sauces and glaze; brush over ribs and dust lightly with Competition Rub. 7. Set the sauce: Return to smoker for 10–15 minutes until tacky and glossy. 8.
