When you talk about dimensions, you need to be specific as to whether it's a physical or temporal dimension, if the 4th dimension you are talking about is a physical dimension, then they can't see the past and future at the same time. However, they may see physical angles we can't comprehend, eg. inside of our bodies.

I see in this way (it happened after a really crazy experience I had in 2018 and for the longest time I didn’t understand what I was seeing (seeing is something I’ve discovered does not only pertain to the eyes) - it’s understanding all things are systems and all systems are shaped by their systemic movements and impacts objectively and subjectively. It’s seeing through the surface of the physics and understanding the quantum processes which shaped the physical expression. On a level of physical, every micro expression, movement, physical position, EVERYTHING says something about you. When your unconcious thinks in this manner, automatically, you see past the 3D and can see one’s organs and their state literally through the 3D of the physical. It’s often strange to me how blind people are to this … for example, I was ill and went to work. It was very clear I was ill were you to truly observe me - frayed hair, sluggish movement, posture hunched and almost cupping over my stomach, eyes unfocused. EVERYTHING about me screams something is off internally. If you don’t pay attention, you may think I’m having an off day but if you read me you could tell (most people call this Intuition - intuition is your unconcious picking up “unseen” signals). My boss had ZERO idea I was sick and was perplexed to hear I was (I wasn’t acting like it in the 3D because I didn’t outwardly express it) as I was sick enough to feel it not not enough for it to fully surface. That’s an example of someone receiving from the 3D vs 4D… hope that made sense

Not too accurate on 4th Dimensional Beings. At thay level, the be8ng would have panaramic sight and thoughts. We as 3rd Dimensional beings can only see 3 sides of any object at any given time frame. A 4th Dimensional being can see all sides all at once. But can not see past and present events. That is whete 5th dimensional beings come into place. They can see time unfold forward and backwards like a giant Japaneese Fan unfolding. And then there is 6th Dimensional beings and higher that can reverse entrpy and rewrite the laws of physics itself and create universesal laws and creations for lower level beings to live in.
