give urself like a end goal like a reason to do it for someone or something. I always have to do that and it works cause ill zone out and yeah so like end goals really help

i have adhd and played rugby . yes it's hard to not see that bad side BUT it you need to try see it as a way of getting out the anger and energy

Have adhd i used to take medicine for it, but I quit because I didn't 100% need it when I clean my room I get very sidetracked but I try to focus play some music do it makes me feel good I guess

well i have adhd and i play football too and i just do what i can when i have the oppertunity to do something like tackel or score or sumet like that and when i get mad or upset i just breath and think of something else and just think i can do better next time and i know what i can do for next time this might not be the best advice but this is what helps.me and i understand what ur on abt so yes hope this helps 😁🥰

Coming for an autistic guy I play rugby I also struggle to like Focus but I seem to get overwhelmed more but an advice I would give is try not to have to surgery stuff because it triggers your brain to be exited and just to go mad but also if you have a stim you can do to help your focus like I have a stick spinning it werid but like I just do it 😭

Eat well and exercise: Healthy habits can improve focus and mood. Seek support: Talk to a therapist, counselor, or support group. Hope this helps! Different things help for different people but I recommend trying some of these and I hope you can cope better!
