If someone throws a Baby in a Dumpster, or throws it elsewhere, we crucify the Mother. As long as the Baby was unharmed and in good condition, hopefully a loving and responsible Person(s) will adopt Him/Her. Don't watch Cameras, yes perhaps Mom is struggling in several ways, so leave her alone.
