when it comes to creatine just get a creatin monohydrate, flavorless and add it to your pre workout. the cheaper the creatine the better but i stick with raw nutrition just out of preference

get that diet dialed in dawg!! if you got the time and drive fasting is great in balance with counting macros and carbs eating enough to build and limiting intake evening - morning. i’ve cut 17 lbs in the last month just of diet. havent been lifting because my elbows been screwed but i want to see where it goes doing this with consistent weight lifting
