You aren’t alone but I am glad you’re still here. Yes it’s a fight but it’s worth it. Coming from someone who has mental health issues, has had plans, has acted out on those plans and I’m still here. I am 43 now and even though I still struggle it’s not as bad. I have a great therapist and psychiatrist for my meds. I’m here if you ever need someone to listen. Hugs

I’m 49 and I’ve felt like this since I was 15. I don’t have any plans on doing anything but I think it and sometimes when I’m driving I think how much better it would be if the semi took me out or if I hit a tree.

💐💐💐 happy your still here 🫂🫂🫂 I’d never thought I’d make it to 31 but I’m here and I fight everyday for the life I’ve made it has bumps and cracks but you can always fix or work around them you got this girl keep fighting! Keep going!

Awh I’m sorry you go through that but just know your very strong some people go other routes and stay that way because they don’t want to be here and from the looks of it you look brave and willing to continue to be here. I’m proud of you girl 👏 ✨🙏

if you're on meds, get a genesight blood test. im 48. I was sui since age 13...That test told me, at age 40, the head meds didnt jive with my DNA. It tells you what works, what doesn't, etc; I know exactly what you are saying....Trying to help normal is exhausting. I went holistic, had to because I cabt take the meds for my bipolar, depression etc; Good luck, Im js, incase, the meds were unaliving me. I dont know how I did 30 years!💙💙💙💙

Im 35 going on 36... my depression was SO BAD at 31 & 32. 33 I started coming out of it...it DOES get better! I was put in a behavior hospital...I DOES get better. 💯💯🥰🥰✨✨

I’m about to turn 36. Never in my life did I think I would make it this far. I should have been gone a long time ago…I have a hard time with the getting older part because it feels so much harder when you never had any hopes or goals or plans for this time in our lives…bc we didn’t expect to be here. I’m also so exhausted girl, I’m tired of the battle in my mind…and the battle in our every day lives…routine things…are so hard sometimes. Hang in there. You are seen by me. ♥
