Literally the first thing my boyfriend said to me, I was like ‘sure man, let’s get it over with’. Two and a half years later and he handles it like a champ, now keep in mind he’s still human, he gets frustrated but he stays calm and does his best. Hope isn’t lost for us with bpd 🫡

as a bpd sufferer, all hope isn’t lost. i went through a lot of therapy and learned how to control my words even when angry. it took a decade bc i was super young but ive figured it out now. just do the work, it’ll come. 🤍
