If you make a waterproof and Fire Resistant (Certified FR) version, you’d probably get hundreds of them sold to us in Alaska. Just need the hi-viz yellow, orange, and a navy blue version for the whole state’s mining and oil industries.

Try lining the hood around the lower neck piece and tie just below your chin, it may keep the top of your head exposed for the hard hat. Mine stays doing that to my hoodie to keep my ears warm. I love your hoodie

any chance you can stick some reflectives on it. I work on the road side at night. on calls every speck of visibility to incoming cars is just that much more safety factor.
