100% agree. I ordered 3 2025, f450s. Told the dealers I would take delivery of the one that arrived first and gave me the best deal. No hard feelings and they sold the ones I refused immediately

Sounds like inexperience on dealership personnel and dealerships lack of processes in place for orders. I order high end Ford trucks for customers with no problem. It is agreed upon before the order is placed with signatures. No deposit, unless it's a weird build that no one would buy. It's easy. I don't understand why a GM of any dealership has to make that vid. He should have a better ordering process in place on his sales floor. IMO
