@alishacollinsrealestate: Replying to @annatubbs17 A great agent doesn’t push. They listen. This buyer is dealing with major buyer’s remorse because their agent refused to write the offer they wanted — and later told them exactly what to ask for after inspections. 🚩 Here’s the truth 👉 💡 Your agent is legally and ethically required to write the offer you want — not what they think will “look better.” 💡 If you want to offer $15,000 below asking, that’s your call. 💡 After inspections, you get to decide which repairs make you comfortable with moving forward. You can always negotiate. But you should never be pressured into offering more or accepting less than what you’re okay with. Your comfort level matters more than your agent’s opinion. Because at the end of the day, you’re the one buying the house — and living with the decision. Have you ever had an agent try to talk you out of the offer you wanted to make? 👇 #alishacollins #realestatebestie #casperwyomingrealestate #homebuyingtips #realestateadvice
What are your thoughts on trying to get full concessions? Do you think you can shoot low on the offer price too? Or is it better to do one or the other depending on if you need the money to close?
