@dreux_fitness: Full day of eating: rest day edition! This was filmed on Sunday, which is my one proper rest day where I don’t go to the gym at all. Rest days are imorotant and can often help you grow way more effectively than an additional training day! Play hard and recover harder! I’ve been so excited to make a video like this, just to show it’s okay for people to consume a high volume of calories even on days without the gym so long as you are giving yourself the proper fuel and maintaining your calories within a limit that works for you! Food is FUEL! Full transparency, I had a rice cake with peanut butter as a late night snack that I forgot to record, that I tracked in the total calories but isn’t in the video! Also I stat ~200lbs right now will be doing a dedicated building faze from November to March! I’m doing a little bit of a recomp right now before we go into a proper bulk for the winter!
