Ingredients (makes 8–10): • Medjool dates, pitted • natural peanut butter • 85% dark chocolate (or your fave) • Flaky sea salt, for topping Method: 1. Slice each date open lengthwise and remove the pit. 2. Fill each date with about ½ teaspoon of peanut butter — don’t overfill or it’ll leak out! 3. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth. 4. Dip each stuffed date in melted chocolate using a fork, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5. Sprinkle with flaky salt while still wet. 6. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until set. 7.
