@thezacschofield: A standing calf raise is one of the most butchered exercises I see on the gym floor every day. Generally people are just bouncing up and down. However the calf actually grows best when it’s stretched out. So we want to allow our ankles to come all the way down, allowing the ankle to go into Dorsiflexion. Stay in this position for 3 seconds and you should feel a stretching feeling along the back of the calf, and then go to the top, hold for 1 and then slowly back down. Repeat for a set and your calves will be on fire by the end 🔥🔥
